To safeguard your account and prevent intruders, we have a system of blocking an account when more than 3 times an incorrect password is entered. In this case, your account will be blocked temporarily. To revive your account, our system will automatically send an email for verification of your account and also to reset your password.
Ideally, it takes the usual time to reach your order to your doorsteps. However, delays are expected due to traffic congestion. Also, restaurants specify their estimated delivery time every time they place the order under the info section. Please note that different restaurants take different delivery times as it is also dependent on the distance.
I placed an order, Now how can I check whether my order is placed successfully or not?
When you log in to our app, you may see the 'My Orders' tab. Click here and check if your recent order is listed there or not. If it is not listed under the 'My Orders' section, this means that the order is not placed and you have to place the order again. And if it is listed there, click on to know the status - Successful or Failed.
Yes, you can. All you need to do is go to the 'My Orders' section. Click on the order you want to place again and hit the 'Reorder' button.
Well, as of now there is no such arrangement in the app that you can do it yourself. However, we can do this for you. You have to reach out to us under the 'Contact Us' tab. We will change, delete, or add items to your order but that couldn't be possible if the restaurant has already delivered the order. In the latter case, it will be considered as an additional order over and above the previous order.

You can either call our customer helpline number where our customer care executives are always there to help you out with your queries and feedback. You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order because it is expected that as soon as the restaurant receives your order through our app, it starts preparing it. And if the order is dispatched, it will be canceled only if the order is delayed more than 20 minutes. 20 minutes of delay time is expected due to traffic or congestion.
Refund of online payment depends on the payment method you chose. Generally in the case of debit or credit cards, it takes a maximum of 3 working days for the bank to refund your amount. In any other method apart from debit or credit cards usually takes 3 - 5 working days. We make sure that our clients or customers receive the refund as soon as possible and for that, we do the needful.

Tasaya credit points have some expiry dates. Purchased credits have to be spent within 12 months. On the other hand, credits received against cancellation of an order have to be spent within 14 days from the date of receipt of credits. Once the credit expires, it can't be used. To safeguard the interest of our customers, we develop a system wherein customers will be notified directly through email that their credits' expiry date is near.
Go to the 'My Credit' bar and see your credit details. You may see the option to download credits statements also. You may not withdraw the credits or convert them into real money.
